Do I loose copyright of my product after it has been sold?

Please explain to me why you resell models of another site, and how people who create models can be sure that you will not resell their models on other sites. You have a lot of models from another site here. or I don't understand something.

Well to answer the title question, NO. The standard sale is for a one time use license, and it doesn't even entail rights for commercial use. For that a buyer needs an extended license purchase, and even that is for one time only. Only heavy modification to the point that the model is unrecognizable grants you rights to use the piece for ever / for it to become part of an other to-be-sold item.

Of course as it is the nature of online file sharing, all this is based on mostly honesty. And people telling on each other if they spot someone reselling for example.

So feel free to write here any usernames that seem to make profit from the works of others and hopefully the 3DExport team will notice and take action. (unlike Hum3D.com which seems like a small group pushing out models in a few select categories, 3DExport is an online marketplace for all kinds of people who want to sell hopefully their own models of any categories)
