Upload Help Needed

Sorry, but for about three day I try to upload stuff here, but ist is just f*ucking impossible:

- Last Version of Flash Player installed
- Java updated
- Three different Browsers used (Chrome, FireFox, IExplorer)
- Both upload interfaces do f*cking not work

How is it possible to upload stuff here?!
