Resolution of a 3d piece / texture is rarely a thing of time, more like dependent on processing power.

Don't really see where you're getting at with this...

Is there no difference in the photo resolution? 800-800 vs 1920-1080

and the processor power is not very important at a low render resolution

Oh this is primarily a 3d models marketplace so i somehow blocked out the word "render" from the title.

But still, what do you want from me, to tell you that 720p is the best because it is higher than SD but the pixelation artifacts just have a certain charm to them that 8K doesn't have a chance?

ha ha, no, I think the best (optimal) is 1080p, but what do you think the higher the resolution, the better the quality?
