- the pieces are modular so you can create compounds of any size.
- low poly so may be used for games.
- could be used for a prison complex, military base or research facility.
- gates can be opened and closed. boom arms and metal bollards can be lowered and raised.

- each modular block is a realistic scale of 50 metres by 50 metres.

- 2k textures. can easily be reduced in quality to save space.
