project is created in architectural soft by architect via architectural standards and modified in 3dsmax 2017, prepared for architectural style renderings, general cg visualization or anything you like.

no materials and no maps and no uvw mapping is available for this model pack, only standart parameters and default colors.

the model’s files are in 5 basic formats: 3ds, obj, dwg, fbx, max and max file(2014).

you will get: the architectural model of “neoarch cottage sb 003” in all 5 basic formats. some visualizations (in jpg format) for example shown in preview image.

note that while importing in some cg soft you may have to change scale settings for model to coincide with real scales and/or turn of auto smoothing.
