beak bird is a friendly wooden bird designed by svend aage holm-sørensen and manufactured by warm nordic as part of the collection of danish design classics. besides a lighting designer, svend aage holm-sørensen was also a woodworker, and the beak birds are charming examples of his playful style. the wooden birds were discovered from the attic of holm-sørensen’s family home, and warm nordic has made them available for larger audience for the first time. beak birds collection consists of four different teak-wood birds, each of whom has its individual character and unique grain pattern.
